1. How quickly will I see results and achieve my goals?
This will depend on the frequency, intensity and type of exercise you choose to undertake. After taking you through a full initial assesment we will set you short, mid and long-term goals. Whatever your own goals are we are confident we can help you reach them as fast as realistically possible.
2. Will my home be suitable for personal training sessions?
Yes. We train a variety of people in different environments. Including at home and in gyms, gardens and several parks in Leeds. The equipment we use doesn't take up alot of space and we are confident that we can make our sessions work anywhere.
3. What equipment do you use?
Our equipment includes the following - Aerobic Step, Stepper, Fitballs, Bosu, Exercise Matt, Free Weights, Resistance Pads, Boxing Pads and Gloves, Medicine Balls and Weighted Training Vests
4. How many sessions will I need?
This depends on your goals and what you feel is right for you. For example some clients want to have a trainer on a long-term basis so they have 1-2 sessions per week. Others want to get inshape fast for a holiday or marathon so they may choose to have 3-4 sessions per week but for just 6 weeks. We do not want you to come dependent on us and we encorage all our clients to exercise on their own as part of their trainnig plan.
