FAQs

1. How quickly will I see results and achieve my goals?

This will depend on the frequency, intensity and type of exercise you choose to undertake. After taking you through a full initial assesment we will set you short, mid and long-term goals. Whatever your own goals are we are confident we can help you reach them as fast as possible.


2. Will my home be suitable for personal training sessions?

Yes. We train our clients in different environments. Including at home(both in and out doors) in gyms and in local parks. The equipment we use doesn't take up alot of space and we are confident that we can make our sessions work anywhere.


3. What equipment do you use?

Our equipment includes the following - Aerobic Step, Stepper, Fitballs, Bosu, Exercise Matt, Free Weights, Resistance Bands, Boxing Pads and Gloves, Ankle and Wrist Weights, Medicine Balls and Weighted Training Vests. 

4. How many sessions will I need?

This depends on your goals and what you feel is right for you. For example some clients want to have a trainer on a long-term basis so they have 1-2 sessions per week. Others want to get inshape fast for a holiday or marathon so they may choose to have 3-4 sessions per week but for just 6 weeks. We do not want you to come dependent on us and we encorage all our clients to exercise on their own as part of their trainnig plan. 

5. Are your trainers pre + post natal qualified?

Yes!

6. What type of exercise do you do with your clients?

We do exercise to improve general health and fitness for all age groups, G.P Referals, pre + post natal, cardiac rehab phase 4, chronic lower back pain, weight loss and toning, fast result training, sport specific, fitness pilates, Neuro Linguistic Programming(this can be used to vastly improve motivation, confidence ambition and drive), core stability, muscular strength endurance and power, body sculpting in preparation for a wedding, holiday or important occasion. Whatever your goals we have the answers!

10). Do you provide massage and sports massage therapy?

Yes, Sylvia Wong is our Sports Massage Therapist. She is highly experienced in both remidial and sports massage and has worked with the New Zealand rugby team.

11). I don't want a personal trainer to come to my home. Where else could you train me?

We have 3 gyms where we can train you. Our training facilities are situated in Adel, Pudsey and Wortley.
